Over the years I've used ISA(and now Forefront TMG 2010) to block access to certain applications or various features of applications(mostly running over HTTP, with TMG doing natively outbound HTTP inspection we have more control over applications which used to escape over the SSL/TLS tunnel).
I thought it might be useful for some to share the collections of signatures I've gathered over the time.
